Call for Posters
Help shape our programme with your posters!
We invite you to submit proposals for posters and poster pitches at the Fellowship of the Data 2026!
Poster pitches will precede the poster session, and give you the opportunity to advertise your poster in 60 seconds accompanied by one presentation slide.
To submit a poster, please provide a clear, descriptive title and an abstract of 150–200 words summarising the topic of your poster. During the submission of your poster application, you will be asked to indicate if you would like to be considered for an additional poster pitch. Materials should be presented in English.
Poster selections will be made by the Fellowship Programme Committee, and preference will be given to innovative submissions that showcase successful data stewardship and practical approaches to RDM workflows, tools, training, and institutional strategy development. Poster pitches will be selected via random lottery from poster pitch applicants whose posters have been accepted.
The Call for Posters closes on 15 June 2026, and all applicants will be notified of acceptance decisions no later than 10 July. If you do not receive a notification by this date, please contact the Fellowship organisers at datafellows.ub(at)univie.ac.at.
