Franziska Bauchinger
Franziska is the Data Steward of the Centre for Microbiology and Environmental Systems Science at the University of Vienna. She holds an MSc in environmental sciences and a PhD in microbiology from the University of Vienna. Her PhD's data analysis and visualization tasks only strengthened an already existing preoccupation with data and obsessively organizing things. Becoming a data steward happily married this passion with her love for supporting researchers and her appreciation of a good chat. When not data stewarding Franziska loves to sing, especially in choirs, and to spend quality time with friends and family, ideally involving food.
